When not at 7DrumCity, Andrew is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist in DC. His main artistic project is The North Country, for which he plays guitar and synthesizer, sings lead vocals, and is the primary songwriter. The North Country has been featured in The Washington Post, Washingtonian, and Washington City Paper, and has performed at venues around the city such as 9:30 Club, The Kennedy Center Millenium Stage, and The Black Cat, in addition to touring nationally around the US.
Andrew has been teaching music professionally since 2015.
