Bobby Boyce is an energetic drum teacher who has extensive experience in rock, jazz, reggae, samba drumming, and performing. He is currently the drummer for Ffabb Pavic and the Skulls, a metal band whose members are from Spain, Argentina, and the U.S. The band is based out of "Tru Noyz Studios" in Arlington, VA. Bobby has also toured throughout the U.S. and U.K. with a number of other bands.
Bobby attended The Collective School of Music in New York City where he honed his skills in drumming. In addition to his passion for music, Bobby has also studied criminal justice and human psychology at Delaware Technical Institute. From 2020-2022, he served as the lead drumming instructor at School of Rock in Cleveland Park, D.C.
Bobby's interest in criminal law, political science, and psychology is a testament to his diverse personality. He is a lover of Siberian huskies and jet black cats. He also enjoys studio drumming (recording drums for solo artists). However, his ultimate specialty is rock/metal drumming and performing.
Bobby's passion for playing the drums allows him to express his feelings and experiences on the drum kit, from adventure and happiness to sadness and excitement. His expertise and extensive experience make him an outstanding teacher for aspiring drummers.
He currently teaches on Sunday and Tuesday.
