Camp Director
7DrumCity is seeking an experienced Camp Director to run our Summer Youth Rock Camp. This seasonal position will involve part-time work starting in May, and full-time work leading up to and during our two one-week summer camp sessions happening in July, with 20-25 campers each ages 10-17. The Director will oversee and manage all camp preparation, logistics, operations, guardian communication, and camper and teacher supervision, in collaboration with the Assistant Director and other relevant 7DC staff. |

Sales & Customer Success Manager
Seeking a naturally outgoing and vibrant sales professional with a strong background in customer success strategy implementation. The Sales Manager will nurture and optimize our sales funnel to drive enrollment for upcoming new programs. This will begin as a part-time role focused on our private lessons program, and will expand to full-time within 90 days as we bring programs on-line. This position reports directly to 7DC’s Executive Director, and also works closely with our Lessons Manager, Marketing Director, and Community Programs & Partnerships Director. |
