Cecily is an accomplished vocalist in the DC scene who has been teaching for 9 years! She is certified in Levels I and II of Somatic Voicework, a functional voice training method. She has also taken courses at Shenandoah University's Vocal Pedagogy Institute and specializes in voice coaching techniques, with an emphasis on soul and jazz.
