Scheduling:

Late cancels: Lessons canceled by a student within three days of the appointment start time cannot be made up.

Early cancels: Lessons canceled by a student with more than three days notice can be made up within 60 days of the canceled lesson.

• If the lesson is not rescheduled immediately, it becomes a "makeup lesson credit", which does not count towards future monthly billing.
• Students can keep a maximum of 2 un-rescheduled makeup credits on their account at a time.
• Additional lessons beyond these 2 cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited (unless the other makeups are booked first).
• Makeups can be with any teacher or instrument.
• Students can cancel and re-book their own lessons within Opus.

Billing:

1. Lessons are auto-billed on the 1st of the month for the number of scheduled lessons that month, excluding makeups.
2. Payments made by ACH or Debit Card have no fees.
3. Any payments made by Credit Card will incur a 3% CC processing fee.
4. Late payments overdue by 10 days are subject to a $20 late fee.
