Musicians: Meet fellow hobbyists & play a show!​

Proudly hosted by 7DrumCity, Flashband® has had a huge impact on the music scene in DC, especially for the 7DC community! Flashband puts on 6-8 themed showcases a year at killer venues all around DC. For each new show, local hobbyist musicians can sign up for a spot to participate in the Meet & Greet Jam, form a one-time band, and perform in the showcase 1-month later. Since its birth in 2012, over 75 showcases have been hosted featuring over 3K performers, turning into many of your fave local bands who emerged from the Flashband community! 7DrumCity acquired Flashband® in May 2017 and proudly carrying the torch and continuing the tradition ever since.
